I've been researching old-time inventors and their backgrounds since 1979. This started as a technical research project regarding the use of compressed air as a medium for transportation energy, because I had met and heard of inventors who claimed their compressed air powered cars could be powered by the sun. I.E. a somewhat inexhaustible tank of sun-warmed (energized) air (the earth's atmosphere) instead of solar panels, expensive toxic batteries, or gas tanks. This notion was well known and popular in the early 20th century, until World War 2. Once I proved my point technically to my satisfaction, I switched from studying the invention to studying the inventors. That's how I got hooked on genealogy. This past week I bumped into a research subject who was suspiciously born on the same day as another fella who was the grandson of an air car inventor. I set out to prove the two were the same person. Here's how it turned out: Dean Francis McCann is the same person as Deane F. Kiser.Attachments:
